L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Quantum Mold & Engineering has purchased a 36,779 square foot industrial building located at 6300 Sterling Drive North, in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The prototype and production plastic injection molding company currently operates out of multiple facilities, less than a mile from its new headquarters. This move will help them consolidate, and also allow them to expand their services into a larger footprint. Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani, represented them in the transaction.
