L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International facilitated in the leasing of 51280 Regency Center Drive to MollerTech, LLC. MollerTech, LLC recently completed an expansion of its luxury automotive leather assembly division into a 65,106 square foot newly constructed facility in Macomb Michigan. MollerTech, LLC is a division of the MollerGroup which was founded in Germany in 1730.

MollerTech, LLC currently has two other locations in the United States which allows them to service their automotive based clients. Their new location in Macomb will create over 75 skilled labor jobs. Their target occupancy date is March 1st 2021. Joe DePonio, SIOR, and Jason Capitani, SIOR, coordinated the lease transaction, representing both the landord and tenant.
