L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of the Woodcreek Office Center located at 31275 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The 60,200 square foot, 2-story office property was approximately 85% leased at the time of sale. Mason L. Capitani, SIOR, represented the purchaser, LREH Michigan, LLC, in the acquisition. L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International will oversee all leasing efforts moving forward while the company’s affiliate, Liberty Property & Asset Management will oversee all property management services.
