Troy, Michigan. (June 15, 2010) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 9,862 square foot medical office building located at 2311 Fifteen Mile Road, better known as the Sterling Park Professional Building, in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Showing evidence that there is still life in the investment market, the property sold after being marketed for sale on and off for three years.  L. Mason Capitani Corfac International coordinated a new lease with the anchor tenant in the building to secure the sale transaction. The final sale price was not released. However, the original asking price was $1,200,000. Jason Capitani represented the purchaser, Sterling Center, LLC in the transaction. Al Iafrate and Mason L. Capitani represented the seller, Sterling Park Professional Building, LLC.
