Troy, Michigan. (July 6, 2010) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of 17,514 square feet at 1150 Rankin in Troy, Michigan. The Purchaser, M.A.K.S. Inc. is expanding within Troy from 9,000 square feet to over 17,000 square feet. M.A.K.S. Inc. specializes in the design and engineering of electric circuit boards for various industries. The primary reason for their move to a larger facility is to house their new medical division. Joe DePonio represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
