VITO A. PAMPALONAPRINCIPALMr. Pampalona is a 40 plus year veteran of the real estate industry. First licensed in 1968, he obtained his Broker license in 1972. He opened multiple residential brokerage offices in the 1970’s and franchised them through the 1980’s, closing thousands of transactions annually. Mr. Pampalona then expanded his business into residential and commercial construction and property development. As an owner of multiple commercial and office properties, he formed a property management organization in the early 1980’s and has been on the leading edge of the changes and innovations. Mr. Pampalona has been implementing “Best Practices” in intelligent building technologies, energy management and sustainable business practices which provide short and long term asset value to many local, regional and national property owners and tenants. Through his construction company, Vito Anthony, a certified Veteran Owned Small Business and approved government contractor, he has constructed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and residential projects, developed over 1,000 acres of property, managed over 1 million square feet of commercial and office property and assisted many local and regional banks to reduce REO inventory and assist in property management and receivership.VITO M. Mason Capitani Property & Asset Management and he is responsible for all facets of the company operation. He has attended Western Michigan University in their Construction Management Department at the Hayworth College of Business and he holds a BA from Northwood University in management. Over the past 14 years Mr. Pampalona has owned and operated two successful real estate development and management companies. He holds a Michigan Real Estate License, Builders License, Disaster Recovery License and is a member of the Michigan Business Pollution Prevention Program (MBP3). Mr. Pampalona also holds a CSP designation that recognizes educational achievements and ethical standards demonstrating professional competence in the field of new construction management awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. With advanced knowledge of property management, construction management, capital improvement planning, sustainability, green energy, disaster recovery and real estate expertise, Mr. Pampalona has the acumen to control and bring value to any given real estate asset.THOMAS A. SARACINOPRINCIPALThomas A. Saracino has been active in many aspects of the Real Estate Industry for more than 30 years. With a background in Business Management from Western Michigan University, he is a licensed Builder and licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Michigan. As a Builder and Vice President of Vito Anthony, his expertise has primarily been in the construction of multi-million dollar residential estates and office buildings; but Mr. Saracino also has immense experience in many facets of commercial construction, custom and tract residential construction, and property management. Credentials Mr. Saracino has acquired include CGP (Certified Green Professional) status with NAHB, and RRP (Lead Renovation, Repair and Paint) certification from the EPA. With a focus on sustainable construction and energy management, Mr. Saracino has overseen several LEED certified commercial projects which have achieved certifications as high as LEED Silver.
