Press Release: January 23, 2011Attleboro, MA: Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial, Providence along with  David Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of  The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International have sold a 128,000 SF Industrial/Manufacturing building at 79 Walton Street in the Northwest Attleboro Industrial Park in Attleboro, MA. Located on 9.40 acres, built in 1960 and renovated in 1987, the property was the former home of Kilmartin Industries/ Roger Williams Mint, a coin and medallion manufacturer. The buyer was a realty company which will lease the property to a related company, Stergis Window and Doors Manufacturing. Gerry Surprenant represented the Seller and Stubblebine represented Stergis.
