The Commercial Brokerage division directed leases and sales in the past week throughout Orange County.

Voit Commercial Brokerage division, a member of CORFAC International, accounted Tuesday it directed three lease transactions totaling $4 million in Anaheim and April 30 it was announced it had closed three industrial sales transactions totaling $9 million.

The sales were for 29,070 square-foot parcel of land in Fullerton ($4.8 million), and industrial building in Santa Ana and the Koll Center industrial property on research drive in Irvine ($1.3 million).

Koll Center 3 is a 56-unit industrial development. Construction of the project completed in May 2008. Approximately 60 perfect of the center is sold; 24 buildings are still for sales and only one corner industrial unit remains.
