Troy, MI (September 16, 2014) – Troy, Michigan based L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 133,000 square foot industrial property located at 33525‐33545 Groesbeck Highway in Fraser, Michigan to Palmer Promotional Products, a designer and manufacturer of branded advertising solutions.

Previously occupied by Continental Plastics, this facility will serve as Palmer’s new headquarters where it will consolidate different aspects of its operations as well as expand ongoing business. Tom Jablonski represented the purchaser in this transaction.
