   Troy, Michigan (November 22, 2010) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the lease of a 26,660 square-foot-building located at 50485 Utica Road in Shelby Township, Michigan. The tenant, Close Quarters Tactical, L.L.C., will offer a state-of-the-art tactical gun range within the facility.“This is an unusual lease for an industrial building – it is actually unique to the marketplace and will require massive tenant improvements to prepare the building for occupancy,” said Jason Capitani, a principal at L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International.The new location will serve as a training center of choice for police, SWAT, FBI and corporate security teams across the Midwest. In addition, the facility will be the home for gun enthusiasts from novices to sharpshooting competitors. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.The building owner is delivering the building turn key to Close Quarters with all improvements in place, according to Capitani. The tenant requires a pro shop, gun range and specialty rooms to accommodate hand-to-hand combat training.
