Dallas, TX (June 24, 2013) – Circuitco Electronics LLC has added 13,005 sf to its 13,111 sf of warehouse space at 1380 Presidential Dr., Richardson, TX. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, MP Acquiport Industrial LLC.

Norandex Building Materials Distribution Inc. has leased 25,921 sf of warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building I, 4002 Miller Rd., Garland, TX, from IAC North Dallas LLC.
