Tukwila, WA; February 22, 2011– The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of eight deals covering over 231,000 square feet over 60 days: one industrial lease, one office building sale, six office leases, and one retail lease. - Brian Bruininks, CCIM, George Rockwell, SIOR, and Dave Baumer represented LIT Industrial L.P. for the Auburn North Distribution Center located at 4510 Frontage Road NW, Auburn, WA, in its lease to Salmon Terminals for 209,106 square feet.
- Jim Bisset represented seller Nick Riley LLC in the office sale of the Lotto Shellan Building, located at 7200 SW 41st Street, Tukwila, WA, and totaling 8,000 square feet, to Kyong Ho Kim.
- Mike Hemphill represented landlord Trimakas, LLC in its lease of a 9,240 square foot office building to Indoor Garden & Lighting, also represented by Hemphill, located at 20505 Highway 99, Lynnwood, WA.
- Connie Boyle, CCIM, and Mike Ewing represented the Eleventh Place Center in its office lease to Stephen Haggard, DPM, PS for 1,144 rentable square feet in the Eleventh Place Center located at 34617 11th Place South, Federal Way, WA.
- Jim Bisset and Dave Dunn, CCIM represented landlord Renton Plaza Associates in its lease with MSN Healthcare, LLC for 1,310 square feet of office space at the Renton Plaza located at 1400 Talbot Road South, Suite 330, Renton, WA.
- Mike Hemphill and Jim Bisset represented landlord Southcenter 6450 Building LLC in its lease with Kristin Gopal Insurance Agency for 1,202 square feet of office space at the 6450 Southcenter Boulevard Building located at 6450 Southcenter Boulevard, Suite 108, Tukwila, WA.
