Dickman, Jr., SIOR (age 40) as its new President. Mr. Dickman has been a Vice President and shareholder since the company was formed in 1996. He has consistently been ranked among the top commercial and industrial real estate brokers in Southeast Wisconsin. A representative list of clients includes: Hydrite Chemical Company, PAK Technologies, Bucyrus, and CenterPoint Properties. In addition to his professional duties Mr. Dickman serves on the planning commission of the Village of Shorewood.Mr. Dickman continues a family tradition of real estate entrepreneurs in Metropolitan Milwaukee by succeeding his father, Samuel D.
