The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Negotiates Several Industrial Lease Transactions

David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company, and Alan Ringuette and David Skinner, Senior Advisors, arranged an 84,029 SF lease to Tighe Warehousing and Distribution, Inc., at 100 Adams Road in Clinton, MA. The Stubblebine Company represented the landlord, a venture between Marcus Partners and Northbridge Partners, and CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

Ensconced in a vibrant industrial marketplace just 15 minutes from Worcester, 100 Adams Road is a world-class distribution building situated on over 20 acres. This 355,000-SF property offers abundant loading, ample parking, heavy power and 32’ clear height.

In another recently closed transaction, The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of an industrial building in Bedford, NH, for $5,600,000. Aaron Smith, David Skinner, and James and David Stubblebine negotiated the sale for the seller, First American Realty, while the buyer, Amber Properties, LLC, was represented by CBRE.

Situated just off Route 3, 10 Iron Horse Drive is a 157,336 SF building built in 1986 on a 9.76 acre lot. Originally built for Axle Remanufacturing, the property will be retrofitted for multi-tenant industrial use by Amber Properties. The new owner has a proven track record of successful redevelopment projects throughout the northeast.

In addition, the Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of six industrial buildings in six different transactions in Billerica, MA: 13 Sterling Road, 3 Esquire Road, 11 Republic Road, 2 Republic Road, and 0 Republic Road and 9 Sterling Road for an aggregate total of $11,935,000.

David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, Principals, and Chris Michniewicz, Senior Advisor, represented both the sellers and the buyers in these transactions: 13 Sterling Road (38,900 SF), 3 Esquire Road (15,744 SF), 11 Republic Road (3,800 SF), 2 Republic Road (6,000 SF), 0 Republic Road (an approximately 1 acre and site), and 9 Sterling Road (6,000 SF).
