David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Chemineer, Inc., a division of Robbins and Myers, Inc., in a 29,584  s.f. lease renewal at 125 Flagship Drive, North Andover, MA. The landlord is WOR Associates LP.This modern, single story, Industrial facility, owned and managed by Channel Building Company, was custom built on 5.19 acres of land in 1988 for Chemineer, Inc., with 20’ clear height, heavy power, and drive in loading docks.Established in Dayton, Ohio in 1952, Chemineer provides a solid product offering to solve any type of mixing need, from low to high shear and either in-tank or in-line.  The North Andover Chemineer facility was established in 1977 and was further expanded in 1997.The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial and flex properties throughout New England.
