The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Represents Buyer in $1.9 Million Distribution Center Purchase

David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the buyer, 75 Hale Street LLC, and David Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors represented the seller, Hale Street Realty Trust, in the sale of a distribution center at 75 Hale Street in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, for $1,950,000. The building currently has available 30,570 square feet. at 26’ clear height.  

Established in 1993, ATCO Corporation is a highly successful distributor of health, hygiene, and sanitation supplies across the United States and will expand its operation in its new location at 75 Hale Street.
