The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Represents Seller in $3.6 Million Transaction

North Attleboro, MA - The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Atlantic Commercial Real Estate LLC recently sold 20 Alice Agnew, a 44,450 square foot office/flex/warehouse building, to HTI Medical for $3.6 million. David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Rob Stave from The Stubblebine Company, represented the seller and Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the buyer in the transaction.
