The Stubblebine Group/CORFAC International Closes Two Industrial Transactions

David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, and Ellen Garthoff, senior advisor, represented Equity Industrial Properties in the leasing of 35,368 square feet in Tewksbury to Winner’s Chapel. The tenant was represented by Frances Igiebor of LAER Realty Partners.

Centrally located close to the intersection of Route 495 and Route 3, this 125,323-sf industrial building on 8.7 acres is suitable for a wide variety of uses. 

EIP is a privately-held developer and operator of industrial warehouse, distribution, and office facilities throughout the United States. In addition, Micah Stubblebine and James Stubblebine negotiated the sale of a 12,800 square foot industrial building in Littleton, MA, for $1,187,500. The Stubblebine Company represented the seller, HCS Realty LLC, while Shirley Cunico of Doherty Properties represented the buyer, ACP Waterjet. ACP Waterjet provides nationwide water jet and laser cutting services.
