Three Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International Brokers Achieve CCIM Designation At Bethesda Testing Site

Hayden Socci, Mike Vernick, and Dan Berkenfield complete coursework culminating in a six-hour exam  NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (MAY 04, 2011) –Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International has announced that three of its brokers have achieved CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation, according to Robert Osbrink, Executive Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services.  Voit professionals Hayden Socci, Mike Vernick and Dan Berkenfield, all of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office, earned this designation, which is held by only about six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. The CCIM designation is awarded by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. Socci, Vernick, and Berkenfield completed four one-week courses of graduate-level education curriculum and presented a portfolio of qualifying commercial real estate experience, then successfully completed a grueling six-hour test in Bethesda, Maryland to gain the significant certification.
