Two DC Real Estate Veterans Join Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC Intl

Labarraque and Howell bring diverse experience and expertise to firm.

WASHINGTON, DC—December 1, 2009—Real estate clients in the Washington, DC region now have two more reasons to turn to the experience of Donohoe Real Estate Services—George Labarraque and Leonard Howell, LEED. The two veteran DC real estate brokers join the firm as vice president and associate, respectively.Labarraque has worked in commercial real estate for more than 21 years. His experience includes landlord representation for area owners and institutional clients and working on behalf of tenants. Previously Labarraque worked as executive director for GVA Advantis’ Washington, DC office, senior vice president for the Trammell Crow Company and vice president for the Carey Winston Company. On behalf of Calvin Cafritz, served as the leasing agent for this new development.·  Union Center Plaza (245,000 SF). On behalf of Brandywine, served as the leasing agent for this trophy office building.·  Hall of StatesBuilding (578,000 SF). On behalf of Marine Engineers Association Realty, served as the leasing agent for this class A office building.Previously, Howell was a member of the Advisory Services Group, specializing in real estate consulting, sales and tenant representation. He assisted regional and corporate clients in establishing a strategy to serve their short and long term real estate needs. Howell’s extensive experience in sales and management throughout the Washington metro area includes GVA Advantis and Metropolitan Healthcare Services where he was instrumental in a nationwide expansion of all company divisions.

 Howell is a LEED AP and member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
