Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International is proud to announce that Jeff Saywitz, Senior Vice President in the San Diego, CA, office, successfully directed the $2.4 million lease of a 17,060 square-foot industrial warehouse in El Cajon, CA, on behalf of the lessee, Skyline Displays of San Diego.

Skyline, an industry leader in tradeshow displays throughout the Southwest, is relocating from its previous location in Sorrento Mesa, CA, and will use this property for its corporate headquarters. The lessor, Silvergate Financial, was represented by Robbie Cornell and James Renner of Inland Pacific Commercial Properties.

“Skyline is thrilled to be relocating to their newly constructed, state-of-the-art space,” according to Saywitz. “The move will allow for growth and repositioning in the marketplace.”

The property is located at 1940 Weld Blvd. in El Cajon.
