IRVINE, Calif., (NOVEMBER 19, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International has successfully directed the completion of a $7.7 million, 93,433 square-foot industrial property lease to Latisys-Irvine, LLC at 17622 Von Karman Avenue in the city of Irvine, Calif.John Griffin of Voit’s Irvine office represented the landlord, MDD Partners II, L.P.  “Our extensive knowledge of deals in the market enabled Voit to secure the transaction when Latisys wanted to expand its Irvine operations,” said Griffin. “Voit’s customized marketing tactics included highlighting attractive qualities of the property, such as proximity to Latisys’ Irvine Colocation Center, making it an ideal location for the tenant.”The tenant, Latisys-Irvine, LLC, was represented by Wade Clark of Jones Lang LaSalle.
