Bio

Chris Midmore has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for 28 years. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial in 1990, he was a consistent top performer with Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate Services for 10 years. Chris has sold properties to and acted exclusively for such clients as Canada Life, British Pacific Properties, Larco Investments, Republic of China Government, Penreal Investments, Wall Financial, BC Hydro, Westfair Properties, Birks, Phillips Electronics, Intrawest, Fletcher Challenge, Canada Safeway, Hong Kong, Bank Trust, Royal Bank, Zurich Indemnity, Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrand, Royal Colombian Hospital, Canadian Forest Products Limited, and First Pro Shopping Centres. Chris specializes in the sale of investment properties and development sites. He has sold properties as diverse as 100,000 sq.ft. in Downtown Vancouver to a 300 acre industrial/commercial site in Coquitlam, BC to a 100 acre retail site in South Surrey.
