EXPERIENCE Active in Atlanta real estate since 1983, Ms. Tennant specializes in investment sales, tenant representation and leasing with an emphasis on the Airport market. Among her projects have been the management and sale of Airport Plaza, a three-building complex. She has handled a multitude of real estate requirements including property disposition, site and building acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit coordination, and consulting services. Prior to joining King Industrial in 1999, Ms. Tennant specialized in landlord representation working on management and leasing.
