Scott is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the Charlotte market, with more than 30 years of experience and a strong track record of delivering results for clients across the region. He brings a strategic, client-driven approach to every assignment, leveraging his deep market knowledge and long-standing local relationships to guide users, investors, and owners through informed real estate decisions. Since joining Piedmont Properties in 1999, Scott has been a part of a broad range of projects, from working with existing property inventory to taking raw land through the entitlement and zoning process to full development and occupancy. His ability to understand the real estate life cycle makes him a valuable resource for clients with complex needs. Scott is also an active leader in the industry. He served as President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) in 2012 and remains actively involved in both the CRCBR and CORFAC International networks.
