Bio

Steve began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1982 and has worked in several marketing positions including as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. He has also worked as the Director of Leasing for Orange County's largest landlord, The Irvine Company and Equitable Real Estate. Steve has been with Voit Real Estate Services since January 2000 and specializes in the representation of office, flex & industrial tenants. He commits to every element of the transaction from needs determination, site selection, proposal development, lease negotiations, tenant improvements through occupancy. In 2007 he was honored by Corfac with the largest industrial referral to Dallas, TX.
