Misty D. Carroll Office Manager / Accounting Manager / Associate Broker EXPERIENCE As Office Manager for King Industrial’s Northeast and Loganville Offices and Accounting Manager for entire company, Mrs. Carroll has developed work flow processes and procedures to help the King Industrial’s agents and team provide efficient work flow to maximize client fulfillment throughout the company. Since joining King Industrial Realty in 1998, Mrs. Carroll has, and continues to work directly with the agents on a day to day basis to assist them not only in marketing their listings, but also in preparing the lease and sale agreements, providing insight on business terms that are fair for both sides of the table. She has been with King for over twenty-four years, and in that time has worked with a number of agents throughout the company, directly under Charles B. King, as his executive assistant, and has successfully assisted in overseeing the opening of two community offices and is currently responsible for both their daily operations. More recently, since 2013, she has taken over the role as Accounting Department Manager where she oversees the bookkeeping functions for the entire firm and processes all incoming transactions for payment. Mrs. Carroll began her experience through various positions with both small to large corporations. She has worked directly with multi-state industrial waste management company owners coordinating request for proposals and scheduling multiple in and out of state trucking companies to facilitate the owners’ time sensitive needs. She has also worked in the new car business, to coordinate multi-state vehicle transfers, including processing and scheduling inventory delivery and pick up of the vehicles. CONTINUING EDUCATION Mrs. Carroll has earned her Broker’s license and continues to attend various contract and related courses for commercial sale and leasing contracts. Current Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
