Micah started his commercial real estate career in 1996 when he joined The Stubblebine Company after graduating from Wheaton College in Illinois, and quickly established his leadership as one of the top leasing and sales brokers in the Suburban Boston Marketplace. In addition to serving as the company’s Principal and Vice President, he specializes in Industrial and Flex sales and leases in the Northwest Suburban Boston and Southern New Hampshire marketplaces. Through his affiliation with the CORFAC network, Micah has cooperated with international CORFAC offices around the country to serve national corporations. Micah has served a number of distinguished clients including Tropicana, The Gutierrez Company, Dynamic Research Corporation, Goodwill, Larson-Juhl, TruGreen, Omtool, Homans Associates, Kindred Healthcare and Bureau Veritas. Over multiple years Micah has been named among the top 20 agents in Boston by the CoStar Group based on total aggregate industrial transaction volume. He has also published articles in numerous real estate periodicals, including the New England Real Estate Journal.
