Since joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Iafrate has played in integral role in the growth and success of the Office Property Division at L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International. He serves as part of the management team and works tirelessly to build on an already impressive legacy that dates back to the company’s founding in 1965. During his tenure, the firm has dramatically expanded its scope of services to include the acquisition, disposition, and management of office, medical, industrial, flex, and retail properties. The firm’s geographic market coverage includes all submarkets that comprise of Metropolitan Detroit; many outstate areas throughout the State of Michigan and internationally through the firm’s affiliation with the worldwide real estate service network CORFAC International. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International annually ranks among the leaders in terms of sales volume and market share, which includes over 14 million square feet of exclusively listed and managed properties. As Senior Vice President of the firm, he specializes in the sales and leasing of office, medical, hi-tech and retail properties. He has established a very large portfolio of exclusively listed properties and has enjoyed the success of retaining long-term relationships with the Landlords and tenants he represents due to his successful track record and ethical practices. Mr. Iafrate has facilitated over $750 Million is sales/leasing transactions in his 22 year career and holds a Michigan Associate Broker License. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
