Ken has consistently been a Top Producer over his career. He was 2nd Top Producer in 2011 only behind the owner of the company. Ken has 21 years experience in the Phoenix Metropolitan Commercial Real Estate market. He has sold over $440 Million dollars of commercial real estate and completed a multitude of lease transactions. Ken was one of the three founding members of EBS & Associates ( EBS ), a commercial real estate firm from December 1999 until its merger with Commercial Properties, Inc., (CPI) in October 2009. Ken's personal philosophy is simple - work hard and efficient, understand the transaction, maintain integrity and ethical standards at all times and treat all parties with utmost respect. Ken's knowledge and experience are extensive and a partial list of his accomplishments follows: " Worked extensively with clients through land acquisitions, architectural planning, vertical construction, lease up and sale of the assets. (A to Z) " Investment sales, owner occupied sales, land sales and leasing. " Excellent working relationship with attorneys in successfully closing transactions. " Problem Solver " Experience with land entitlement, general plan amendments, re-zoning cases and City challenges. " Served as an Executive Board Member on behalf of multiple Owners of 160 acres to form an Improvement District for the sale of bonds for development of the infrastructure improvements. Ken has participated in Ownership interest in various commercial properties of all sizes, including industrial, office, retail, medical and land.
