Bio

John Sullivan has been a commercial real estate negotiator in Vancouver since 1971, and is proud to have worked for Knowlton Realty and its successor firms for many years also working at Bruneau and Associates, Barclay Street Real Estate and DTZ Barnicke. His experience covers many aspects of the commercial real estate field, to include Downtown and Urban Investment properties and development sites. He has been successful in acting for either Vendor or Purchaser as the occasion requires from time to time. John is a former Chartered Surveyor (M.R.I.C.S.) and a former Fellow of the Institute of Realtors, and an active member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver. Note that the sale of 475 Howe Street and 819-829 West Pender Street formed the development site for the 31 storey Credit -Suisse Office & Hotel development.
