Bio

Frank is a native Charlottean and has developed many long-lasting relationships with decision makers in the Charlotte business community. Since starting his real estate career in 1984, Frank has focused on office leasing and sales, as well as tenant representation. Recently, Frank added investment sales and land assemblage to his real estate expertise. Over the past several years, Frank has focused his attention on properties in Midtown and SouthEnd Charlotte. Frank has represented numerous landlords with space in Atherton Mill, Camden Village, and on South Boulevard (Westport Big & Tall). He has also represented users in the area such as Hill Partners, Michael DeMayo, Modern Fabrics, and Liquid Design. Frank is well-versed in land, retail, office, and multi-family in Midtown Charlotte.
