Dan is an apartment building specialist with 20 years' experience facilitating major multi-family (apartment building) investment transactions. For 12 of those years, Dan was licensed with the Downtown Vancouver office of Colliers International where his clients included Mainstreet Equity Corp, Empire Group, Hollyburn Group, PCI Group, BC Housing and many others. Dan has investment clients from Germany, as he is originally from Dusseldorf and speaks fluent German. He has a BA from Queen’s University (Honours Economics) and completed both the Graduate Program in Urban Planning Issues & Concepts at UBC and the Canadian Securities Course.
