Bio

Charlie is a Partner and Head of our Occupier Services team. 

Since joining Farebrother in 1999 from Barton Rix, Charlie has been providing specialist occupier and disposal and development advice to real estate businesses throughout Central London.  He does so drawing on his extensive experience, particularly in the key London markets of Midtown and South Bank.  His clients include Mapeley, Telereal Trillium, Global Holdings, DTZIM, Workspace and Columbia Threadneedle.

He also provides strategic acquisition advice to occupier clients including First Title Plc, Silver Fleet Capital, Reddie & Grose LLP and Hampshire Trust Bank amongst others. 

Crucially, Charlie brings the ability to channel his market knowledge, tailoring it to the strategic goals of his client with recent transactions including a 91,388 sq ft disposal at 22 Kingsway, WC2 a 24,780 sq ft disposal at 1 Kingsway, WC2 and the letting of 21,000 sq ft in Covent Garden. 

As a former London Welsh RFC player, much of Charlie’s spare time is consumed with sport, including coaching the team’s mini league side where Farebrother sponsor the London Welsh Mini Rugby teams with an age range of 6 – 12 years.  He is also married with two boys and a lovely little girl.
