Bio

Malcolm is a Partner and Head of our Lease Advisory team. 

Malcolm advises clients both landlord and tenants nationwide on all professional Lease Advisory matters, whether it be rent review, lease renewals, asset management or general lease advice.  He also deals with business rate appeals, valuations for all purposes, disposals and acquisitions for client businesses, provides expert witness support and general Occupier Services advice. 

Crucially, Malcolm combines the benefit of his extensive experience of more than 25 years in the Central London, Midtown and South Bank markets with insight into the latest market trends.  As a result, clients get advice that considers the historic, current and future state of the market. 

After a decade at Montagu Evans, he has been at Farebrother for more than 18 years.  Currently his clients include Plexus Law, JA Kemp, Evans Randall, Telereal Trillium and Aviva.  He is the proud father of three children and a life-long shareholder and part Dons Trust Owner at AFC Wimbledon.  He also completed his first marathon in October 2015.
