Bio

Matt is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team. 

With over 10 years of Central London experience providing property advice to both landlords and occupiers, Matt is able to strategically assist his clients in making the best decision supporting their overall goals and strategies. 

A selection of Matt’s leasing and development work has involved a range of clients including BMO Real Estate Partners, Aviva Investors, AXA IM, Blackrock, Global Holdings and Motcomb Estates. 

Recent instructions include the disposal of 40 Furnival Street for Columbia Threadneedle, the disposal of Aldwych House, 71-91 Aldwych for Rowan Asset Management and he is currently advising Capco on the disposal of Regal House, 14 James Street, WC2, in the heart of Covent Garden and Mayfair Capital on the redevelopment of 20 Red Lion Street. 

In his spare time, Matt is kept busy by his two young children and enjoys watching and playing numerous sports including tennis, golf, football, cricket and sailing.
