Julie Santaularia serves as Market Director at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, where she specializes in Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, and Brokerage of office and flex properties. She brings over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Julie’s career at Bradford began in graphics and listing administration, and through her commitment and expertise, she advanced to Director of Marketing. She is known for her integrity, professionalism, and talent in translating clients’ strategic visions into successful real estate marketing campaigns. In her previous role, Julie led all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website management, SEO, and the design and production of marketing collateral at Bradford. She also played a pivotal role in business development and client retention strategies. With her unique background in commercial real estate, she is able to leverage her marketing expertise and industry knowledge to provide a comprehensive and strategic approach to her clients' leasing and brokerage needs. Julie holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Leadership Development from the University of North Texas. She enjoys cooking, volunteering, and spending time with her family, dog and friends.
