Bio

Kristie has worked for Darwin as a property manager for 20 years and was previously a Human Resources Assistant for Darwin’s former sister logistics company for four years prior. Kristie is currently responsible for the management of over one million square feet of industrial and office real estate throughout the Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area. Her uncanny ability to build a positive rapport with tenants and effectively communicate their needs to Darwin’s ownership makes her a highly regarded member of the Darwin team. Her duties include drafting leases, coordinating new tenant move-ins and related tenant improvements with construction, managing daily repairs and maintenance of the buildings, fielding all tenant calls, rent collections, engaging legal action as-needed, processing invoices, and monthly reporting for ownership. While managing the Invesco/VIP portfolio, Kristie managed 108 tenants in 19 buildings totaling 1,200,000 square feet, as well as completed Kardin budgets/reforecasts and Invesco’s required monthly and quarterly reports.
