Christopher is a Charlotte native who specializes in off-market transactions with a focus on self storage, marinas, and industrial land development. With a background in development analytics, he helps clients navigate the complexities of real estate to make informed, strategic decisions. His strong network across North Carolina and relationship-driven approach foster trust, collaboration, and long-term success. He began his real estate career as a Development Analyst with Morningstar Properties, where he helped double the company’s development platform. Christopher joined the Piedmont team in 2025, bringing with him expertise in self-storage and marinas. Outside the office, he’s an avid fisherman and owner of Carolina Coast Kids Fishing Camp.
