Lester is the founding principal of Piedmont Properties and one of the most respected industrial real estate brokers in the Charlotte market. With over 30 years of brokerage experience, he has advised clients through every stage of the real estate process, including site selection, valuation, feasibility analysis, financing, development, and sale or lease negotiations. His comprehensive approach and market expertise have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to property owners, users, and investors alike. Lester began his career in the transportation industry, working in operations and logistics for McLean Trucking and Southeastern Freight Lines. This hands-on experience gave him insight into the needs of industrial users and laid the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate.
