Bio

Mr. Ratchford has been active in leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties since 1984. He has continued working in industrial real estate since joining King in 1993 as an Associate Broker where he has represented such clients as TDK, Datatrends and Atlanta Brush Co. He is also a licensed pilot using that skill to take his own aerial photographs and show property. For his clients, Mr. Ratchford handles property investment, disposition, site and building acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit coordination and consulting services.
