CORFAC is pleased to announce Lyons Industrial Properties/CORFAC International in Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina, is the newest affiliate to join our growing global network. Lyons Industrial is the second firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2020’s momentum of adding four new firms to the network.

“CORFAC International is thrilled to announce that a top-notch industrial affiliate has joined the network,” said CORFAC President Joe Latina of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International in Wilmington, Delaware. “Having this highly skilled, service-oriented industrial firm in one of the most active markets in the country offers a great opportunity for all CORFAC members’ clients. We are very pleased to welcome Lyons to the CORFAC family.”

With their primary office based in Spartanburg, SC, Lyons Industrial Properties serves the entire metropolitan area, including Cherokee, Anderson and Greenville counties, and the surrounding upstate area. Lyons Industrial is excited to expand with a second office in Greenville this summer to better serve the Anderson and Greenville markets.

"We are very excited about our recent partnership with CORFAC International,” Bobby Lyons said. “The global CORFAC network will allow us to better serve our valued clients by being able to work collaboratively with members in other markets both nationally and internationally. This partnership will create a resource of individuals and tools that will further our mission to be the leader in the industrial real estate brokerage industry in South Carolina."
