Today Howard Greenberg, SIOR of Howard Properties, Ltd./CORFAC International led a great webinar about Soft Skills for Client Management targeted toward CORFAC’s Next Generation brokers.

Brokers need soft skills to effectively communicate with their clients.  Real Estate is a team sport and everyone needs to work together to make timely decisions to accomplish the client’s end goals.

As you work behind the scenes for your clients, your soft skills will allow you to communicate the value you bring to the transaction – even if they don’t see all of the work. This can help you turn a customer into a long-term client.

During the session, Howard discussed:

  • How can you manage expectations to increase client satisfaction?
